Ameer is ready to show off Vijay’s hidden talent to the world. From even before ‘Paruthiveeran,’ Ameer has been speaking proudly of his ‘Kannabiran’ story. He has even told Vijay the story and got his okay. After Vijay recently asked for the full script, he is reported to have told Ameer that he would do whatever the director told him to and leave himself entirely at his creator’s hands.
Ameer saw stupendous success with ‘Paruthiveeran’ and abject defeat with ‘Yogi.’ He’s presently directing Jayam Ravi in a commercial entertainer. Once this is over, he is to start work on ‘Kannabiran.’
“Everyone sees Vijay only as a commercial hero. He has hidden depths in his atlent that is capable of giving award winning performances. One such film is ‘Kannabiran’ that will take his career to heights,” says Ameer in a certificate of merit for Ilaya Thalapathy.
